The Challenge

While the Schäfer Shop boasts a rich history and a vast catalog, the modern digital ecosystem demanded a refreshed approach, especially in the eCommerce segment, to streamline the user experience and reinvigorate the brand identity.

Objective

Re-interpretation of the brand identity and user experience worldwide. Conception and implementation of a coherent design system named “Tree60” and provide a roadmap for future design iterations while maintaining the essence of the brand.
